For nearly three decades, RAP Academy has worked alongside young people, adults, families and communities facing some of the hardest realities — violence, exclusion, trauma, harmful choices and the consequences that can follow.
Much of this work is made possible through commissioned programmes and grant funding. But need does not begin when funding starts — and it does not disappear when funding ends.
Your support helps us keep showing up.
THE NEED DOESN'T STOP WHEN THE FUNDING DOES.
RAP Academy works in communities and settings where relationships matter. Sometimes the person who needs support does not fit neatly inside a funded programme, a commissioning window or a project deadline.
We want the capacity to respond because the need is there — not only because a funding stream is available.
Voluntary support gives RAP Academy greater freedom to continue engagement, mentoring, violence-reduction work, creative opportunities and practical intervention beyond the boundaries of individual funded projects.

Supporting preventative and responsive work with people affected by violence, knife harm, conflict and exploitation.

Helping us provide trusted adults, sustained engagement and spaces where difficult conversations can happen.
CREATIVE OPPORTUNITY
Using music, digital creativity and personal development to engage, build confidence and create alternative pathways.
RESTORATION & REFLECTION
Supporting work that helps people understand behaviour, take responsibility, repair harm and make different decisions.
COMMUNITY ACCESS
Helping us reach people who may otherwise fall outside the boundaries of a funded programme.

We cannot promise that every intervention changes a life.
But we know that change becomes harder when nobody is there to offer another possibility.
