Lambeth Recognition & Impact

Rooted in Lambeth. Reaching Across London.

RAP Academy and Reaching All People Trust have deep roots in Lambeth. Our work grew from lived experience, community relationships and a commitment to reaching people whom mainstream systems can sometimes struggle to engage.

While our programmes and professional practice now operate across London and within community, education and criminal justice settings, Lambeth remains an important part of our organisational story and identity.

Geography & Identity

Local Roots. Wider Reach.

RAP Academy's relationship with Lambeth represents more than geography. It reflects the communities, experiences and relationships from which our approach developed.

Our work has subsequently expanded across London, bringing together lived experience, mentoring, violence reduction, restorative practice, trauma-informed engagement, emotional intelligence, personal development and community justice.

We work with young people, adults, families, practitioners and institutions, adapting our approach to different environments while retaining the relational principles on which RAP Academy was built.

Organisational History

From Community Experience to Structured Intervention

What began in 1996 as Music Communication 'N' Life Skills has developed into a multidisciplinary platform for engagement, development and intervention.

Today, RAP Academy operates within the wider Reaching All People Trust CIC framework and provides programmes and professional interventions across community, education and criminal justice settings.

The work remains grounded in a simple principle: effective intervention begins with understanding people, their environment, their experiences and the decisions that shape their lives.
