Reaching All People Trust CIC is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through RAP Academy® programme activity.
Reaching All People Trust CIC is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. Company No. 10349786. RAP Academy® is the public-facing delivery platform of Reaching All People Trust CIC.

What we collect
Information we may collect
We may collect personal information in the following circumstances:
- When you submit an enquiry through the contact form on this website: your name, organisation, email address, enquiry type, subject and message. Where relevant, you may also provide a programme of interest. Where the enquiry relates to commissioning or partnership, you may additionally provide information about the participant group, delivery setting, geographical area, approximate participant numbers, proposed timescale, and any safeguarding or operational considerations you wish to raise.
- When a referral is submitted through the referrals form on this website: the referrer's name, organisation, role, email address, phone number (optional), programme of interest (optional), and a brief reason for the referral. The referral form is intentionally designed to collect limited initial information only. Referrers are instructed not to submit detailed medical information, criminal histories, court documents, safeguarding disclosures or other highly sensitive personal information at this stage. Where a referral is made by a professional, organisation, service or other authorised referrer, limited information about the person being referred may be included in the referral. The referrer is required to confirm that they are authorised to make the referral and to share the information provided, and that where appropriate they have informed the person being referred that their information is being shared.

- In connection with commissioned programme delivery, referrals or partnership arrangements — the specific information collected in those contexts is agreed as part of mobilisation.
The referral form must not be used to report an immediate safeguarding concern or emergency. If you have an immediate safeguarding concern, contact the relevant emergency services or statutory safeguarding authority. Where information needs to be shared to protect someone from serious harm or to meet safeguarding or legal responsibilities, we may not be able to maintain confidentiality. Please do not include highly sensitive personal information, detailed medical information, criminal histories, court documents or safeguarding disclosures in the initial web referral or general enquiry forms.

Under UK GDPR Article 6, personal information may only be processed where an appropriate lawful basis has been identified. The table below sets out the specific lawful basis applicable to each processing activity carried out by Reaching All People Trust CIC.

Contact and referral form submissions made through this website are received and managed through GoDaddy Inbox (operated by GoDaddy), which provides the infrastructure used to receive and manage website enquiries and referrals.
Where personal information is processed by GoDaddy in connection with the operation of GoDaddy Inbox, any applicable international transfer safeguards are provided through GoDaddy's data-processing terms and applicable contractual arrangements with that provider. We do not transfer personal information internationally other than through service providers whose data-processing terms address applicable UK data-protection requirements where required.
